INTERO is a groove metal band from the city of Nijmegen in the Netherlands that has been around sice 2005. Their music is influenced by bands like Pantera, Prong and Lamb of God. INTERO’s lyrics are about society, politics, the media and individual frustrations. Their latest single ‘NOCEBO’ is released December 18, 2020.
